Which is why Canyon Terrace Management has decided to update our laundry rooms! In a few short weeks we will have all brand new machines! And the best part of these machines is that they take coin, debit, or credit!

At last, no more quick dashes to the bank!

They also have other cool features. For those of you with smart phones, you can download an app that will tell you how many machines are open in the laundry room before you even go. It will also send you a reminder alert when your laundry is finished.

So convenient.

We are super excited for this change and hope you are too! See you in a few weeks in our lovely new laundry room!

We are looking for one Assistant Manager and one Maintenance Technician.

Assistant Manager Position:
-12 to 15 hours per week -Pay $8.50 or above, depending on experience
-Leasing/Sales/Office skills preferred –One year commitment preferred.
–You do NOT need to live on-site to apply.

Maintenance Technician Position:
-20 hours per week -Pay depends on experience
-Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills preferred. –One year commitment preferred.
