  • Deposit: $190

  • Internet: $15/mo.
  • Billing: $1.65/mo.
  • Gas & Electric: Varies on use. Approximately $14 or less.
  • Parking Pass: One time $10.00 fee for the entire year.

  • Number of Contracts Currently Available:

  • Mens: 3 & 1 summer only contract
  • Womens: 3 & 3 spring only contracts

Family Housing

  • Spring and Summer 2012 rates:

  • Contract Dates:April 23, 2012 – August 18, 2012
  • Rental Rate:$475
  • Deposit: $240
  • Application Fee: $20
  • Internet: $25/mo.
  • Billing: $1.65/mo.
  • Gas & Electric: Varies on use. Approximately $50 or less.
  • Parking Pass: One time $10.00 fee, per pass, for the entire year.

  • Number of Apartments Currently Available: 1
