Step 2: Submit Application

  • Read and fill out the Application. Please make sure to fill everything out to the best of your ability. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
  • Email, mail, or fax your completed Application to Canyon Terrace. Our contact information can be found on the ‘Contact Us’ page of this website. Once your Application has been processed and approved, a member of the office staff will contact you to provide you with the final paperwork necessary to secure a contract.

NOTE: The first and last months rent, plus the communications bill for the first month, will be due when you check in.
